To validate your claim, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed package as you received it.
- The unboxing process.
- The issue with the product.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.
Process for Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

- Submit the unboxing video along with your order details.
- Once the claim is verified, we will guide you through the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
- Items returned without prior approval or proper documentation.
