Eligibility for Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

  1. Products are eligible for return, refund, or exchange only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. To validate your claim, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The sealed package as you received it.
    • The unboxing process.
    • The issue with the product.

    Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Process for Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Submit the unboxing video along with your order details.
  3. Once the claim is verified, we will guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
  • Items returned without prior approval or proper documentation.
